Noam Levin is a full professor in the Department of Geography and heads the Remote Sensing Laboratory. His main areas of interest are landscape changes, light pollution, wildfires, human-environment relations, nature conservation planning and aeolian geomorphology, and he investigates them using remote sensing and geographic information systems (GIS) tools.
